——招生咨询顾问

岗位职责:

  1. 咨询工作
  • 负责来电咨询、在线咨询、上门客户接待等学校潜在客户咨询工作,根据客户需求制定有针对性的就读方案,并且制定跟进计划按时跟进,最终完成入学;
  • 根据市场部提供的数据进行陌拜工作,通过电话陌拜等方式对客户进行分类,录入客户信息,建立客户档案及跟进计划;
  • 负责收集、统计、整理、分析咨询数据,并根据招生要求,周报表及月报表,并且根据数据分析结果为学校的招生工作提出方向建议。
  • 维护好入学家长关系,保持满意度,提升学校形象,促进转介绍。
  1. 邀约工作
  • 负责市场活动的家长邀约工作,完成邀约目标;
  • 负责学校各类招生辅助项目的邀约工作,以达到转化的目的。
  1. 市场活动
  • 根据家长需求向市场部提出活动主题建议;
  • 参加各类招生咨询会、教育展会,市场活动,寻找目标家长并进行转化;

 

任职要求:

  • 3年及以上工作经验,本科及以上学历;有教育、培训,销售行业工作经验优先。
  • 熟练掌握英文,具备较强的英语口语及书写能力,能够在英文环境下工作;
  • 性格外向,开朗,具有较强的语言表达能力、沟通能力和交际技巧,以及良好的职业形象;
  • 具有优秀的职业素养和较强的销售意识,能够承受工作压力;
  • 具备团队合作精神和良好的客户服务意识。

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or relevant content area from an accredited university.
  • At least two years teaching experience (post-teaching certificate award date).
  • International teaching experience.
  • Efficient time-management.
  • Effective identification and resolution of problems.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Self-starters who possess the ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team-setting.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • Recent graduates with high potential will be considered.
