Parent – Teacher Conferences Fall 2017

CCIS hosted the first Parent-Teacher Conferences of 2017 on November 24th.  Parents met 1-1 with CCIS Chinese and foreign faculty to discuss their children’s academic progress and personal progress.  CCIS used this time to bring attention to the Class Dojo (Classroom management) and Engrade (Grades and academic performance) platforms, so that parents will use them to monitor student behavior and academic progress.  We were happy that the vast majority of our parents attended our inaugural Parent – Teacher Conferences and that our teaching and homeroom teacher teams were able to meet 1-1 with parents to discuss the students’ academic progress, personal and academic strengths and to also discuss areas where our teams and parents can work together to provide support and guidance to help students improves in areas offering room for improvement.
